Fees can be added, deleted, or changed in a request.

To add a line item click Add Item.

 Edit the Service Name and/or Fee amount and then click Save.

To delete a line item, click the Trash can Icon. 

To edit a line item, click the Paper & Pencil Icon. 

Edit the Service Name and/or Fee amount and then click Save.
